In April, I was in Ladakh and Nepal as part of a three-person photo and film crew to work on Himalayan Life to document. It was an intense time with many encounters. The three of us created around 20,000 images and video clips. As with a gigantic puzzle, the task now is to select the best images and put together a film from the clips. For myself, I selected my 50 favorite pictures from the approximately 8000 photos I took. Not easy at all and – I admit it – very subjective.
