The idea
Rahel Brütsch from Brütsch erdverbunden GmbH had the idea of publishing a pumpkin seed cookbook. In order to complete the project as efficiently as possible, she cooked all the dishes on the same day (!). A group of invited guests were able to taste the fine dishes, and we photographed all the menus and atmospheric photos. The cookbook, which is now in its third edition, was created from this image material and Rahel's manuscripts.
